can I have a Gangster Bandana and a SWAG Cap activated together ? of course so that it displays on my tori without any bugs.

I have not tried it yet because I'm not sure if I should buy the SWAG Cap.

This goes to every single part in the Tori, as it's encoded that way:-
Each part has one object(.obj) and texture(.tga) assigned to it accordingly[.obj/_obj.tga], so if you have two objects activated the same time that occupy the same body part, it might choose one over the other or just completely fuck up the texturesrarely.

tl:dr - If the 3D item occupy same body part like head then no.

Both Items occupy the head so you say I should not buy the SWAG Cap ?

You could buy it, but you wont be able to wear it at the same time you're wearing the bandana.
Just 1 object a body part.
