Hey all. Ok I have a problem and I need u British people to help me (since I live in England). Basically I would like to add funds to my paypal account but I don't have a debit card or a bank account. I am too young for prepaid cards. Also my mum is not willing to put money on my paypal account. There is only 1 solution :OOO. I would like to send £30 to some1 via post and in return they help send £30 to me via paypal.
