where can i see, how much points i need to achieve the next belt?
when fights are over, there is shown always, how much tc the player earns and how much games he has to play till the next belt.
but i never see these things at my own wins

There is a belt guide in the second post of this thread - http://forum.toribash.com/showthread.php?t=105823 that will tell you how many fights you need to get to the next belt

ur personal stats just click on shop u'll see ur qi and tc then find stats while ur there
