If someone gives you demon force/relax...
Would I be able to use demon force/relax if someone item tranfered it to me even though I do not have the QI to buy it?

Or wouldn't they be able to even send it to me?

You can use it but people can't send it to you.
So you can spend real money to buy it directly from nabi (monthly promos, value packs or whatever) and use it then.

Why does the cool colours on this game require so much QI?

I suppose I will get there someday...
