Hold all
contract left pecs
extend right pecs
right rotate chest
left bend lumbar
extend abs
raise right arm
contract left elbow
contract both glutes
extend both ankles

SPACE

contract right hip
contract right knee
extend right ankle

SPACE (Should make contact)

extend right glute

Now you have your choice on what to do...
