how to cancel i can't buy tc

Could you please explain the situation in as much detail as possible?

I see. I am not entirely sure how to cancel pending purchase, but you can also purchase TC from forums right here: http://forum.toribash.com/tori_depositcredits.php

This method shouldn't interfere with the in-game purchase and you should be able to do it successfully from there.

This problem is related to Steam purchases, to cancel your current order follow this steps. After doing this you will be able to purchase again.

To cancel a pending order on Steam, you must access the Steam support, through https://help.steampowered.com/ link and log in with your Steam account . After that, click "a purchase", which will lead you to another page where you can select the pending one. Thus, you can click on "cancel this transaction" so that the pending request is canceled and you can make a fresh attempt to purchase it again
