Sorry, I've been gone a while. My Mac OS version is El Capitan 10.11.5
I don't know what Sierra is, and I don't think i'll be able to upgrade to it because I'm not the administrator of this Mac.

Are you able to ask the administrator of the mac to upgrade to Sierra for you?
