I've been looking at my achievements and saw that i only have 7% of all of em done, I've been wondering
Who is the person that has achieved the most of em.

a majorety of achievement a are broken and you can't get them.

Probably whoever has gotten all the Full Colour sets has the most I would think since I believe those all work.

Insanity has a lot of achievements. 55%. I'm not sure how many more you can get but he has a lot.

sir at one point had 100%.

Didn't even think of Sir. He has 96% don't think you'll get any closer then that. Only ones he dosent have are some championship achievements.

The only ones he doesn't have are the newer ones that were made.
However if I recall Stellar used his staff powers to give himself the achievements.

Not sure if Sir did that too or not.
Seems to me like he did however.

he certainly did,since he has the achievements that never worked like glass

Sir has the most achivements. He i do belive he used his staff power to give his self those achivements because how it was already said, most of the achivements are broken.

well the op question is
"Who is the person that has achieved the most of em."
I don't think adding them to yourself counts as achieving them xp
