What is the auction tab under the market tab and the beanie colors tab in torishop?

Why do they both lead to nothing

Beanies would be due to the resent ES event which people made different styled beanies which then having a colour tab would allow you to get different colors once they are released. Auctions on the other hand, from memory automated auctions in the market were once a thing which has now been retired.

I dont think They ever removed the auctions tab.
