Clicking the `/~ key caused letter to change
i'm not sure, if i click the [~/`] button on my keyboard, it will change certain letter into weird letter

for example

No, it's not. I typed those ` and ~ and nothing happened. I think something is wrong with your keyboard input. Try checking it after you pressed ` or ~.

I dont see the problem, those are meant to be above a letter, like the ñ which is used alot in spanish, and the è is used pretty often in France.

Your keyboard is set to use some form of non-US, non-UK layout. See Google for details on how to change that.
