I see on this forum only rocks and raps etc.
Does anyone listen to folk music?

I don't like Dubliners very much, maybe their music doesnt "work" without understanding songs.

I'm not all totally familar with country/folk/bluegrass or w/e.
So I'm not sure if this song fits into the folk category.

I listen Folk Metal, like Finntroll, Korpiklaani, Kiuas and Moonsorrow.

Also Humppa music is very good, well actually just one humppa band, called Eläkeläiset. They play mostly covers from different well known artists.

That's the "folk music" from our area. And no, I don't listen it. (I HATE it, to be honest...)

But I like Irish and Scottish folk.
