Very simple, yeah, if you have no clue whatsoever about the situation. Don't make assumptions based on nothing, especially not if you're going to be a douchebag like that.

The reason Africa in general is in such a bad state is because the west fucked it up beyond measure during the colonial age by splitting it up into neatly shared countries, without taking into account any kind of cultural or demographic difference among the peoples there (like the Hutu and Tutsi, for instance) or anything like that. It's kind of ironic considering that there's barely any average westerners who know this.

But this is all offtopic, keep to the topic at hand.
