Anyone know how the clan ranking system work ?

You play wars in-game vs another clan, you win, you get rank points, you lose, you lose points. As far as i can remember this format wasn't changed for like years so don't think there's something new about it, if we're talking about this ranking system and the achivement or other things the clans have these days.
