Like the one in market, but for your transaction history - search for users, TC you spent or items you got from ES events and tourneys etc etc. Have it at the top right since that is empty.
Useful or useless depends on how you use it. Can make it VIP-only if you need more features for it.

Pretty sure transaction logs are more used by the Market Squad for investigation purposes, for like super old transactions or w/e.

You also have private messages that notify every transaction you make.
