Neon Glow makes the whole image darkgreyish except for the Glowed out part wich you can set up by moving sliders, this is Outer Glow wich makes the Outer parts of an rendere frame glow like an Colt Cathode Fluorescent Light or CCFL wich is often use in casemodding xD. Spice up on your Arts Class :P
