Depending on the role you want, just send a freeform app to anyone in that field.

SMOD: Send to an SMOD
MSquad: Send to an MSquad (or the MSquad lead, phail)
ESquad: Send to an ESquad (or the ESquad lead, Erth)
Local Mod: Send to an SMOD or Admin
Dev: Talk to Eleeleth
