I lost a duel against someone who i forgot his name and he needs to get my relax hunter but i cant seem to be able to deactivate it and give it to him so please deactivate it from my invet for me so i can trade it to him

Remove it from the set and then deactivate it

i press the deactivate button and it doesnt let me
and also the guys name is beats00 so mind just sending it to him?

Select the item, scroll up and select "remove from set" in the dropdown menu, then submit. When this is done, go to your activated inventory and you can deactivate it.

There are only a few people that can send it for you, so it's better to just do this yourself.
