Intel will never make a driver for it, it's 7 year old hardware. No one will bother with a DIY community one either.

You'll either have to roll back to Win 7 or if you insist on using a more modern OS go down the *nix route - even then driver support for your machine is piss poor and it wont manage to do 3D properly.

Better to stick with 7 in your case.
