For me, my list of intakes daily are:
>4-6 l-argenine pills
>3-6 calcium/zinc/magnesium pills
>2 scoops of Performix iso 9:2:2 amino acids
>2-4 scoops of Nuerocore Pre workout
>80-120 grams of protein via shakes plus another 40-60 through food intake
>3-5 hours of full body, intensive workouts.

This is absolutely
unneccesary, you don't have to take any form of supplement to get big, sure aminos are fine to take, but everything else is overboard. 3-5 hours for a workout is horrible, workouts should be quick, intense and down to the point. I use to lift for 3 hours and it was a big waste of time as my workouts became lack luster. Doing full body workouts every day leave you little room for recovery, I recommend you do some sort of split. Your protein intake is good for your body weight, but everything else is rather overboard.
