hello , im writing for my friend as he is having some problem with TB.

1. he can't post on forum

2 when he tries to enter to any serv it says :''failed to connect to lobby 66.230.224.102.22001 socket wsa error 10060''

well plz for some help! what should he do

As far as I know, the 10060 error you are getting is a timeout error. This is basically due to slow link. You may have a firewall that is blocking heavily. Try to disable any firewall and try again. Tell me how this works.
