MFR is open for recruitment!

So, after the loss our original leader and many members, I'll be pretty honest. We do NOT want to let our clan die, so we are open for recruiting good, solid members. We are a nice, fun clan. We are official, very forum active, and more or less in-game active, and we are very friendly. If you are active and cool, you can Join!
All you have to do is fill out this form. We will discuss if we will accept you. Even though we need members, the rules will almost be the same:
Belt (High brown belt at least):
Age:
Favorite Mod (Judo, Kb, Tkl, Aikido, Wushu etc):
Why you want to join (put up a fair effort in this one):
Recent forum and in-game behavior (if you were banned etc):
3 of your best replays (can be anything from madmans to dancing)
Anything else you wish to add (for example your activeness):
If you filled out this form correctly(some advice, use proper or legible grammar heh), you will most likely be taken into consideration.
