So yeah, I don't really know how to describe it the type of head I'm after, hence the title...
I want a 512x512 human head texture, using the colours of red, pale skin, dark grey/s, and black.

I would like:

• The skin to be a pale white (with possible shades)
• The hair to be red
• The hair to be coming out of my propeller hat and slightly covering the eyes
• Small + thin lines if outlining something (i.e. mouth/eyes)
• Thin/narrow hair spikes

I wouldn't like:

• Realistic Art
• Any other colours than I asked for
• Anime eyes
• Outlined hair
• Thick hair spikes

I'm looking for art in the same style as PandaHero's.
I would send a request straight to him, but I don't know if he takes requests, and he isn't active...
