Yeah, but I don't see a point in exchanging LoL accounts. This is a strategy game after all. You can literally win with any champion.

But account trading/selling/buying was banned late 2010. I doubt they 'don't care'.
And they won't allow any sort of account trading for any game, as far as I know anyways.
