Well I'm not gonna name anyone if that's what you want me to do :P, but if you do a bit of research through the forums, you might notice that a lot of staff members have been infracted/banned before.

And yes, I have been banned for cheating once. The thing is that once you get to know the forums more, get a bit more acquainted with the rules, you just start knowing what you have to do to avoid infractions.

i've three infractons and two warnings, the most recent one being just about a year ago. i've never been banned, though.

I have never been infracted or banned anywhere, but I think that is because this was not my first community, so I already had a decent idea of how to behave on the internet.
