It sounds like big nope, set is about 4 hours of work(in 128 res) + 30min for 512 head, if not more xD
For free its pretty impossibru.

I have enough now so I am going to purchase all the components for a texture set. Then I will go hunting (ask Dv) for a set. Paying TC of course.
