But in my GIMP I am missing many stuff...I only have the main page I don't have layer,Tools,..etc

click the tool bar, you should see it. It'll be much easier

I don't know the shortcut for the toolbar, but you can click on tools at the top of the screen and click "new toolbar". The shortcut for the layers is CTRL+L.
High quality avatars and signatures 5k each or 7k for bundles.
