It doesn't really work and it is disgusting.
the most effective is: making a little stop for example.: 1 per day if you smoke, start smoking 6 times a week instead of 7, after 5 / 7 ...

Not the most effective but I quited like that I started at 12 now im 15 etc.
My mom used to smoke and she had tried to quit several times. Then she tried this medicine, Champix or something like that, she's not smoked for over 1 and Н year. Also ppl who also quit are a great help, try to find a forum for quitters or something.

Then you will become adicted to those, and the chems they put into them are probably just as bad if not worse.
Get your hands on some Clonidine.

Just ask your Doctor for a prescription to give up smoking - it will take away all the physical withdrawal symptoms - but it will leave the psychological issues (e.g. someone over there is smoking) but it makes it that much easier to give up.
