Hate to gravedig, but I've got to know...
How do you save the various textures as individual pngs/bmps. Lets say I edited the default head texture (With the rings etc) and I want to save it so I can reopen into photoshop. How would I do that?

if its a 3D question, ask t3al in the official orgs section, or ask in the 3D megthread

In the UV/Image editor window;
Image -> Save Image As...
