1 week ago, I feel like posting because I love all of you, I’m currently doing an “intense” at home work out just to try and get back into shape: 100 push-ups 100 leg raises 50 weighted squats/50 weighted lunges(alternating between squats and lunges) 100 Russian twiists and 4 minuets worth of planking broken up into 4 sets
im currently doing crossfit training for about an hour every friday at the gym and its doing a great job to get me into shape. You should consider if @HolyApe
