i cant beleeve no one has gotten that,im mean look at the quality of those textures and for only 15k :]

The effort put into it wouldn't matter if it didn't look decent. There are some things you can work on for days, then it just looks bad and you restart. Not saying this is one, just saying the time doesn't matter as much as the appearance does.

understand that, but more often than not, if i put more time and effort into a set, it generally looks better =P
