To be honest I really love the general outline you have going for how its going to look, as long as you draw the metal really well this will turn out to be an amazing head. Maybe add
the faint outline of a face behind the visor, but keep is hardly visible as to not distract from the rest of the head and maybe the slight glow of a pair of eyes behind the visor as well.

Are you going for a plain minimalistic or cartoon style for the rest of this head?
If so then it might not end up as good as it could be. Will still be okay, but a realistic style is better for robot heads like this.
