I do realise I counterspin waaayyy too much

I don't require detailed cnc, simple tips on how to improve would be great.

You jump wayyy too much in the rolandman spar
You had your back to him most of the time
You are pretty relaxed though
tell rolly to make the hit even more hideously powerful. Sometimes it's not you, but your partner.

Also tell me when you're on. I wanna spar.
