Well today i entered on tb, and all things was in russian. Why?
I dont think this thing is normal, soo can you guys give me some tips? Im hacked or something?

Maybe it was just an error or a bug/glitch. Just reinstall toribash.

This thing happened on forum , not on game.

Scroll down the forum, there's a box there, change the russian things to english.
Or if it's english already, it may was russian cause you entered the russian forum part, at the bottom of the forum list.

No idea about steam but nobody from Russia has accessed your account ever and no other connection than yours has even attempted to log in within the last ~50 attempts. You're probably freaking out or got drunk and felt like learning russian the hard way.
