So, we're doing some in-house cleaning in fl0w now that the winter holidays are upon us, and it seems like most of the old event threads have been chucked under the rug and tossed out when summer came a year ago. Now, I'm not against change per-say, but is there really a need to deprecate links to old threads?

Here's some links for example from our Trophy Room thread:

[Event] Create your clan usertitle : http://forum.toribash.com/showthread.php?t=273991

Clan Market Challenge : http://forum.toribash.com/showthread.php?t=283873

Even if OP has deleted the threads they still held value to others within the community, and surely there was no need to erase them rather than archive them?

First url is just wrong, uses http://forum.toribash.com/showthread.php?t=273991 instead of http://forum.toribash.com/showthread.php?t=273992

We don't hard-delete threads, if it wasn't pruned during forum rollback in late 2010 then it's still in Events section.
Icky, we have a graveyard thread. If you have the search function I'm sure it's in there somewhere... Hell, I should get prime again... Also, the t=273991 // t=273992 seems to have been purged, which seems odd to me. Is there any reason why these old threads might be corrupted or restored to a previous point, cause I'm pretty sure all the participants had a post in that thread.
