MESSATSU

I've recently gotten my hands on Adobe Flash CS4. I've never used any other animation programme asides from Pivot, which I sucked at, and EasyToon, which I owned at. In EasyToon you could edit the 'time interval' to make animations run smoothly and it'd save you having to animate frame by frame.

Does anyone know what Flash's equivalent to this is, if it has one, and where I can find it?
