Hi, I just bought Burnout Paradise a few weeks ago, and decided to discuss the music on it.

The music isn't that bad, mainly alternative rock, but I got attached to the music. I made a list of the songs I liked best:

Agent Blue - Snowhill - Found it too annoying
Airbourne - Too Much, Too Young, Too Fast - Kinda like AC/DC
Alice In Chains - Would? - Not really music, just moaning
Army Of Me - Going Through Changes - Like this song, on my MP3 player
Avril Lavigne - Girlfriend - Fun song to listen to while driving fast
B'z - FRICTION - Nice song, too short IMO
Brain Failure feat. Dicky Barrett - Coming Down To Beijing - Kinda annoying
Brand New - The Archers Bows Have Broken - Like this song
Bromheads Jacket - Fight Music For The Fight - Like this one too
Depeche Mode - Route 66 (Beatmasters Mix) - Nah, kinda reminds me of Cars
Faith No More - Epic - Like this song, rock meets rap
Guns N' Roses - Paradise City - Always loved this song
Innerpartysystem - Heart Of Fire - Nah, kinda gay
Jane's Addiction - Stop! - Never listened to this one
Jimmy Eat World - Electable (Give It Up) - Kinda nice, annoying too
Junkie XL feat. Lauren Rocket - Cities In Dust - Don't get me started on this.
Jupiter One - Fire Away - Really annoying, but nice at fast speeds

Killswitch Engage - My Curse - A bore-fest
LCD Soundsystem - Us V. Them - Fun song, kinda depressing
Make Good Your Escape - Beautiful Rain - Like this song, mild
Maxeen - Block Out The World - A fun song to listen to
Mexicolas - Come Clean - Don't like this one
N.E.R.D. - Rockstar (Jason Nevins Mix) - Meh
Never Heard Of It2 - Finger On The Trigger - Like this one
Operator - Nothing To Lose - Rock and roll meets alt. nice soothing song.
Permanent ME - Until You Leave - I like this song a lot.
Saosin - Collapse - Not a great song
Seether - Fake It - Strong heavy metal.
Senses Fail - Calling All Cars - Like this song, bit depressing
Showing Off To Thieves - Everyone Has Their Secrets - alright.
Skybombers - It Goes Off - Another meh.
Soundgarden - Rusty Cage - Rock song I never liked, great at high speeds.
Sugarcult - Dread Living - annoying and depressing.
Swervedriver - Duel - Like this one.
The Photo Atlas - Red Orange Yellow - My 2nd favorite
The Pigeon Detectives - I'm Not Sorry - My favorite
The Styles - Glitter Hits (J.J. Puig Mix) - Ew, awful.
Twisted Sister - I Wanna Rock - Like this song, an oldie and a goodie.

Ouch, this sounds pretty lame. Maybe when you're playing you don't notice it.

Out of all the artists, Guns N' Roses, Depeche Mod, and N.E.R.D are the best

And I'm sorry, but how the hell is Pigeon Detectives good music for driving 200mph down a busy street, they suck

Seems to be a pretty meh soundtrack, with the exception of a few. Rockstar would be pretty cool at high speeds too IMO.

Alice in chains is terrible. You have no idea what you're talking about.
