ok so i have an old acc named mcbrody. he was banned for scaming
i have the acc back but when i logged back in my items were GONE all of them. i just went back on that acc and saw that in the pm box there is proof that i had 12k toricredits and vampire force and relax
i wont to know if it is possible to get my items back

If he was banned for scamming, and now he doesn't have items, it's probably because the items were removed. As such, they will not be returned.

Moral of the story: Don't scam.
