fav. muscle
post here about your fav. and least fav. muscle, and the muscles (in your opinion) that are the most and least important.EXPLAIN WHY!!!!!!

MOST FAVORITE: probably the knee because you can snap out your leg or contract it to snap off a limb

LEAST FAVORITE: abdominals- they don't do a lot for me

MOST IMPORTANT: shoulders- bring down the powerhouse elbow/arm into opponent

LEAST IMPORTANT: wrists- don't move a lot of things (you or opponent)

p.s don't tell me important and favorite are the same, hey are not

most favorite: chest when you are on problem he revert the situation
least favorite: elbow they dont help me too much
most important shoulders perfect to raise some oponent out of the dojo
least important:neck dont move too much just front and back the head

MOST FAVORITE: chest- great for flipping an opponent

LEAST FAVORITE: rist- always breaks at the worst of times...

MOST IMPORTANT: knees- always help me out of a tight spot in aikido

LEAST IMPORTANT: ankles- they dont really help me in anyway
