fav. muscle
post here about your fav. and least fav. muscle, and the muscles (in your opinion) that are the most and least important.EXPLAIN WHY!!!!!!
MOST FAVORITE: probably the knee because you can snap out your leg or contract it to snap off a limb
LEAST FAVORITE: abdominals- they don't do a lot for me
MOST IMPORTANT: shoulders- bring down the powerhouse elbow/arm into opponent
LEAST IMPORTANT: wrists- don't move a lot of things (you or opponent)
