Hey i am back, and i have some ideas to share, but first of all, i'll give zwift a little cnc

That's a great start, noticing your mistakes, as u said, flow is ur biggest trouble, i've watched ur replay and i agree that ur flow is not on point, and i have a hint that might help, i was checking ur replay, and making deep analysis, but the question is, how to flow? A replay with a good flow is a clean replay, without being clumsy and without twitches, those 2 things breaks the flow, and that should be your focus, so, how to not do that? A people who normally has a good flow is a people who is sure of what to do, for exemple, checking ur replay we can see that indecision at the start around the frames 1382-1332, check ur left arm, u lowered it and raised it about 2 or 3 times, why? the last time u raised u wanted to block his attack, that's understandable, so, what should u do? one thing that i used to do a lot is maintaining my shoulder relaxed (all the time) while running, and it made my run clumsy as fuck, my advice? well, just raise ur arm when it's really needed so be really carefull with relaxed joints, and be sure of ur decision. All in all unecessary moves affects ur flow (unecessary isn't risky, trying risky moves is always good), and undecision affects the quality of the replay too, for exemple, lets suppose that ur gonna do a strong punch, but it'll destroy ur opponent balance, i recommend u to go ahead with the punch, the ugliest thing is when a person extends the elbow to punch, but contract cuz noticed that the punch would destroy ur opponent balance, or just don't extend the arm to punch and just move the whole chest for nothing, but if it destroy my opponent balance what he should do? the answer is acting, if he got a strong punch, then act, try backsteps, or fall on the floor, what if he tried a punch while i was tricking and this punch destroyed my balance and was weak at the same time? act like u tricked wrong and fall on the ground, but ur opponent must need to try to manage the punch in a way that don't break ur balance, like lowering it a bit and those stuffs.
Exemple of a clumsy run (1:22 min):

Well guys, first of all, im thinking about creating a discord for the org, all i need is opinions, if we must do that or not, or if we must do that when we get official, idk, but that's not what i really wanted to talk about.
I was wondering here, why don't we try to make a huge spar collab? Like, a huge collab with everyone, that would be really cool, imagine a long spar with everyone style, for me not only spar with high quality is art, that would be a non regular spar, with lots of styles, and in my opinion that would be a unique piece of art, something that's not only just a good spar, but a piece of our story, and that means a lot, it's just one idea that came up to my mind.
The second thing that i was thinking about, why don't we make little tourneys for students? for exemple, we organize a private event between us here, without any prize, just to entertain who wants to evolve, for that we'll mix the students, like, lets suppose that there are the students number 1 2 3 4 5 and 6, and we choose them randomly to be team mates (in that specific event ofc), and they will have to work together to make the best looking spar, and we (teachers) will judge the replays we can also makes events mixing teachers and students, expanding all the possibilities. In the end the benfits of this will be: we'll see the evolution of the students with more precision (we can also put a cnc in the end of the event for every single replay maybe), and no more important than that, but still important, we'll maintain RSO a very active and proactive org.
