can someone plz tell me how to up load a texture from gimp cause the way the tutorial says desnt work?

1st upload it to a webpage such as:
-Photobucket
-Imageshack
then "go advanced" in quick reply, insert image, copy ur image's link to it and ok, it shud be there,
but if you want to upload to a etxture slot, just go to deactivate/activate , edit, browse it, and upload

Moved to Begginer Sanctuary

1. To post images in threads:
Save your image > Open an image hosting website and upload it(imageschack.us, photobucket.com, imgur.com) > Open the hosted image then copy the image link > Open the thread > Click > Paste the link of the image > Finished.

2. To use textures/images in game:
Click Shop > Goto "View all items" > Find the "textures" option > Roll down and click "Body Textures" > Buy the textures > Activate it here > Upload them in Here > Finished.

Just be sure that you MAY NOT use other people's textures, unless you bought it.gl

All what other ppl says is true but remember the accepted image formats is:
.bmp .gif .jpg .png .tga .tif
I always use .tif , it accept transparency
