Stable flames are pretty hard to make, you need someone experienced to make a stable flame.

Furryprints makes flames for the forge prize, you could ask him, he also has/had a thread in the flame particles section, you can find prizes there.

Looking at that thread a small stable flame is 130k, the size you're looking for should probably be around 140-160k
