So the mask looks the way too big. I bet you have noticed that.
So you need to make it smaller. At least feather it.
Eyes are too high. Again. I've noticed you put them too high almost every time.
About hood. If you want to put a texture on it, it needs to folow the shape.
So in must be deformed everywhere the folds are. And this is really difficult.
That's why I suggest you to remove it.
