Your run was really cool, but steps was a little bit short. And the flash kick (If it's was flash kick) can be higher. Corkscrew was really awesome, and his landing. And the last jump (I guess it's was a B-twist) looks really awesome too.
So, overall: moves were really realistic, fast and you've save the flow.

Actually your steps was normal. Kicks was really awesome. Move on ~705frames looks so jerk, you need to make it more smooth. Corkscrew landing looks a little bit jerk, but still awesome, also I like dat trans to the last stand.
Overall: moves were realistic too, but needs more speed, flow was saved too.
