First I grab his head with the right arm then grab the shoulder of it with the other arm and brake it off. After that do some head bashing with the dmed arm. To get over 1m damage has been one of my goals since I started toribash, it's a bit lame way to get it but I guess it's ok.

Included a replay of some selfdamage action the same way, 900k damage.
