One last thing atleast there Dictator supplied them clean water, money, and leadership of some sort. Until the UN came it all look like it went down hill. They have no water, homes are being raided, people are being shot without question and yet their dictator is dead and you're still there and now are kind of left to rebuild there fucked cities. In which Bush said that our missiles are success. Though they were hitting civilian infrastructure to the max. Just get out of the country and let them rebuild it themselves. Do the American government have it so far up your ass that you need to be apart of everyones history?
