Bounty Chance
If there is a player with a bounty placed on him and someone tried to beat him but he lost the guy with the bounty wins some tc

it can be easily exploited,
you get a friend,place a bounty on you and keep beating him,money gained.

i think the suggestion was that if you have a bounty on your head,
every time you win you get some tc,so you can make an alt,lose to yourself
and keep making tc.
