How can i make someone join my clan?

You have to invite them or recruite them and they will put the tag on by enclosing it to "[ ]".. Next time please use the right board for this.. D:

Just adding, weather they join is their choice, not yours.

To add a member to your toriclans list, go to your clan's little splash page.
On the left, under "Leader Tools", click "Members".
Then type the member's name in the "Members username:" box.
Then click "add member."

That should do it.

If you don't have an official clan, you can't *make* someone join your clan.
