It seems like I for example would be allowed to create a clan called "duck" without a capital d with the clan tag "Duck" and I'd be in the clear...

EDIT: changed tag to Capital D for future readers.

I think you have the wrong clan, as you can see from our clan name we are the SUPERIOR BIRD CLAN, and infact not duck.
