I feel like we need a Debate board. Who doesn't like a good debate every once in a while. You could argue and say the discussion board is a debates board but some debate threads get closed because they aren't worthy of discussion. Though they would be worthy of debate.

The discussion board essentially is a debates board.
The reason some threads get closed is because people veer way off-topic and it pretty much just becomes flaming and spam.
