No, I mean truly random lagging, It will lag even if both Tori and Uke are standing there, and then it starts lagging if one flails through the air.

Just get it through your head, preset Toribash shortcut lags. Change it to 800 x 600 manually and there's no lag.
Maybe I didn't tell you. I have a graphics card. But it's broken. If I install the drivers, all hell breaks loose. My solution solved my problem, but it will never be fixed until I get an SATA HDD for my other computer.
